Booted from Hooters for Harassing Waitresses, Orland Park Man Ogled Them from Outside: Cops

An Orland Park man facing disorderly conduct and resisting arrest first made lewd comments to waitresses at Hooters before being kicked out Aug. 30, police said.

A boyfriend of a waitress later saw Michael Steagerman, 46, of the 15200 block of El Cameno Terrace, peering through the windows of the restaurant at 153rd Street and LaGrange Road with his pants partially down.

Steagermen fled on foot when police arrived, and was found with his pants undone when arrested. He told police he was urinating in the bushes.
