Chefs' Auction Returns in March with Online Silent Auction
Chefs' Auction will feature 14 restaurants representing several local communities, a live auction, and an online silent auction.

ORLAND PARK, IL – The Bridge Teen Center will hold its Annual Chefs’ Auction fundraiser on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at Orland Park's Silver Lake Country Club. All money raised will support The Bridge Teen Center’s free programs for local teens.
This year’s Chefs’ Auction will feature 14 restaurants representing several local communities, a live auction, an online silent auction, and a special night that will kick off The Bridge’s year-long 10th anniversary celebration.
"Chefs' Auction has grown into an incredible culmination of the community’s overwhelming support of our students and the mission of The Bridge Teen Center," said Priscilla Steinmetz, Founder and Executive Director of The Bridge Teen Center.

Featured Orland Park restaurants include Cooper’s Hawk, Rocco Vino’s, Chuy’s, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Joey’s Red Hots, Texas de Brazil, City Barbeque and new restaurant participant, P.F. Chang’s. A number of restaurants for neighboring communities will also participate in the upcoming event.
Tickets to the 2020 Chefs’ Auction have sold out; however, anyone can support The Bridge Teen Center by bidding in the online silent auction. Auction items include sports memorabilia, event tickets, unique experiences, family excursions, and many other unique packages.

One unique experience includes being taken to school in a fire truck, compliments of Orland Park Fire Protection District. Other items and packages were donated by Rock Bottom Brewery, Oxygen Med Spa, Dive Right In Scuba, Lisa Thomas Salon, James & Son Fine Jewelers, and many more!
The online silent auction begins Monday, February 17 and ends on Thursday, March 5 at 9:15 pm CST. Winning bidders not present at the event must pick up their items at The Bridge Teen Center by Friday, March 13. With over 100 lots being featured in the silent auction, bidders can place bids from their mobile devices. Bidders may register online by texting “chefs2020” to 76278 or by visiting Chefs2020.givesmart.com.
The Bridge Teen Center is a nationally-recognized nonprofit community center that was designed around the needs and interests of teens in the suburbs. The Bridge provides free holistically-designed afterschool programming and a safe environment for Friday night entertainment. Monthly programs that help parents navigate through the teenage years are also offered. To date, over 8,500+ unique students from 128 different communities have been served by The Bridge. The Bridge receives no government funding and is supported by individuals, businesses, and foundations in the community.
