You don't need to be a church member or have a professional talent to join our musical groups, just a love of music! We offer FREE singing and music groups for Children, Teens, and Adults. Whether you like to sing in the shower or play an instrument from entry level on up, we want you to join us! From 143rd St, take John Humphrey Dr south, turn southeast on to 94th Ave and proceed up the hill to the end of the road. Our parking lot is on the right side and overlooking Orland Square Mall.

♪Christ Choir -Ages 14-Adult. A group of talented dedicated members who sing for Sunday services. Christ Choir has performed Cantatas, Musical Events and performed as the Dickens Carolers at the Live Nativity “Journey to Bethlehem”. Annual highlight: Solemn Tenebrae Service for Good Friday. Practice: Wednesdays 7 -8:15PM Beginning: 9/14/16

♪Cherub Choir Grades K-4: This group of young children will sing once a month and practices before Youth Choir. They will learn to explore their voices and learn stories of Jesus through music. They have also performed many spring musicals along with Youth choir. Practice: Wednesdays 5-5:45PM Beginning 9/14/16

♪Youth Choir - Grades 5-8. This group of young adults will sing once a month for worship and practices weekly (unless noted) following Wednesday Confirmation classes. This choir will learn musical techniques of singing and using their voices in expression to glorify God in song. Youth Choir will sing and perform: Sunday Worship, Annual spring musicals, Cantatas. Practice: Wednesdays 6-6:45PM. Beginning: 9/14/16

♪Cherub Choir Grades K-4: This group of young children will sing once a month and practices before Youth Choir. This choir will learn to explore their new voices and learn stories of Jesus through music. They have also performed many spring musicals along with the Youth choir, Cantatas. Practice: Wednesdays 5-5:45PM. Beginning: 9/14/16

♪Joy and Praise Contemporary Ensemble - Ages 14-Adult. A group of talented instrumentalists and vocalists performing a contemporary sound for worship. Songs selected are focused on Sunday’s Liturgy. Instrumentation includes: Acoustic Guitars, Electric Guitar, Bass, Percussion, Drums & Keyboard. Joy and Praise will perform one Sunday a month at all three services:(8am. 9:30am. and 11am.) Joy and Praise has performed for church picnics, Fall Fest, and many other local churches, community and functions. Practice: One Thursday prior to Sunday Worship 7- 9PM.

♪Men’s Chorus - Ages 14-Adult. This group of talented men will sing monthly and practices one Tuesday of each month at 7PM. The group will perform accompanied music as well as an acapella choir. Beginning: 9/20/16

♪Handbell Choir - Ages 14-Adult. This group of all ages will play an unique instrument called a Handbell. A pleasant sounding instrument mainly played in the church setting. Previous music background is not needed. We will train on site. Group rehearses on Tuesdays twice a month. Beginning: 9/13/16 at 6PM

♪Jr. Chimers - Grades 2-8. A very popular music program with a wonderful large group of children playing a form of Handbells called: Handchimes. A more durable, sweet sounding instrument that is easy for a child to play. They practice weekly and performs twice a month. Practice: Tuesdays 5-6PM. Beginning: 9/13/16

♪Youth Orchestra - Grades 5-12. Let everything that has breath, praise the Lord! The Youth Orchestra is made up of talented young adults who perform for Easter and Christmas services. This group enhances worship with stringed instruments, brass, woodwinds and percussion. The youth will be given music prior to the event to practice. Rehearsal dates are TBD on works best for participants on the whole.

♪Special Music - ALL Ages (Advent, Lent, Summer, during the church year) we have a schedule of congregational members of all ages to sing or play instruments during the worship service. This helps involves many other members who are not affiliated with the choirs or music program to become involved musically and can contribute their talents to our Lord. Music can be provided.
