Members of Cub Scout Pack 372 volunteered their time to collect donations for the Orland Township Holiday Program, according to the office of Supervisor Paul O’Grady.
The boys spent a cold Saturday morning at the Jewel Osco in Orland Park, asking shoppers for donations for the program. In a two-hour timespan, they collected nearly $500 for the Township Holiday program.
“I want to thank Cub Scout Pack 372 for their willingness to give up a Saturday morning to collect donation for the holiday program,” said Supervisor O’Grady. “Their kindness will help provide meals and gifts for Township families suffering financial difficulties.”
