Employment candidates attend Orland Township’s Spring Job Fair
More than 100 job seekers attend

Resumes in hand and interview ready, more than 100 individuals seeking employment attended Orland Township’s Spring Job Fair, according to the office of Township Supervisor Paul O’Grady.
A wide range of industries was represented by the more than 30 companies in attendance. Job hopefuls had the opportunity to discuss employment possibilities with companies in health care, home improvement, retail, financial, government and transportation.
Supervisor O’Grady stopped by to thank the company representatives attending and wish those seeking employment good luck in their search.

“I want to thank everyone who came out to make Orland Township’s Spring Job Fair a success,” said O’Grady. “With such a variety of industries represented, I hope many of those attending were able to find gainful employment. “
Individuals attending the job fair were also able to utilize the Township’s computer lab to complete and submit online applications for some of the companies in attendance.

Orland Township’s Spring Job Fair was held on Tuesday, April 24 at the Orland Township Office, 14807 S. Ravinia Ave., Orland Park. The Fall Job Fair will be scheduled in October.
