Families Attend Orland Township Back to School Health Fair
Beginning of school just around the corner
Many families took advantage of one-stop back to school preparing by attending Orland Township’s recent Back to School Health Fair, according to the office of Orland Township Supervisor Paul O’Grady.
Immunizations, physicals, free dental screenings and haircuts were all available during the one-day event. Afterwards, students had the opportunity to play games and win prizes, build a craft at the Home Depot Kid Zone, have face painting done, learn about police, fire and school bus safety and have a hotdog lunch.
“Orland Township is proud to host the Back to School Health Fair to help families get started on their school year preparation,” said Township Supervisor O’Grady. “We are happy so many families took advantage of the health fair this year.”
