Highway Department partners for Community Shred, E-Recycling Event

The Highway Department of Orland Township along with other community partners will be hosting a Community Shred, E-Recycling and Prescription Take Back Event for residents who want to safely shred and dispose of their electronics and medications.

The Highway Department, Cook County Sheriff’s Office and ProShred will be onsite to collect your e-recycling, documents, and medications.

“I am happy to provide Orland Township residents with a safe, reliable and convenient way to dispose of e-recycling, documents and prescription medications” said Highway Commissioner Rubino. “I encourage residents to utilize these services at this great community event.”

The Highway Department’s Community Shred, E-Recycling and Prescription Take Back Event will be held at the Orland Township Highway Department located at 16125 S. Wolf Road in Orland Park. The event will be held on March 25 from 9am to 11am.
