Man Accused Second Time of Using 7-Year-Old's Social Security Number to Buy Car

Lincolnwood man pulled same stunt at another Orland Park car dealership, prosecutor said.

ORLAND PARK, IL -- A Lincolnwood man who was charged last month for falsifying documents to purchase a new car at an Orland Park auto dealership was picked up on similar charge, prosecutors said Friday in court.

Nizar Fneiche, 41, appeared before Cook County Judge Peter Felice on a felony forgery charge. He was arrested Dec. 15 when he showed up for a court appearance on the other case.

The prosecutor said that on Nov. 25, Fneiche went to Zeigler Nissan in Orland Park to purchase a 2017 Nissan Murano for $45,000. Fneiche obtained a car loan using a 7-year-old California boy’s social security number. The prosecutor did not know if the vehicle was recovered.
