New Equipment Coming To Orland Park Sportsplex Next Month
A Queenax Bridge will be the latest addition to the Village of Orland Park Sportsplex.

ORLAND PARK, IL -- A Queenax Bridge will be the newest addition to the Village of Orland Park Sportsplex come August. The village announced the addition of the latest in core and balance equipment to its fitness facility last week.
The Queenax Bridge is a new flexible, modular, expandable and functional training system will allow for support group and circuit training on one unit, according to a news release from the Village.
“The Village of Orland Park Recreation Department is keeping up to date with useful, suitable and cost effective equipment for our fitness facilities,” said Trustee Pat Gira, chair of the village’s Parks and Recreation Committee. “We are happy to be able to offer a new and innovative way for Sportsplex members to stay fit while making the best use of existing space at the facility.”

The Bridge will offer members more than 200 exercises. It will be available for individual use and group classes on the second floor of the Sportsplex.
“The free standing system will provide functional and suspended body and weight training areas while preserving open floor space for other activities,” Fitness Center Manager Deborah Geghen added.
