Oak Lawn Enacts Winter Parking Rules, Trash Pickup Delayed

OAK LAWN, IL -- Oak Lawn has enacted its winter snow rules until snow removal operations are completed. When more than one-inch of snowfall, there is no parking on designated snow routes. The village's off/even ordinance is also in effect. There will no parking on even numbered sides of the streets on even numbered days, and no parking on odd numbered sides of streets on odd numbered days. Restrictions remain in effect until removed is completed.

Trash collection will be delayed on Friday, Feb. 9, but is expected to resume Saturday, Feb. 10, pending the weather.

Oak Lawn Village Hall will be open.
