The Old National Bank’s Southside Ace team kicked off their Better Together Days and gave back by volunteering at the Pediatric Oncology Treasure Chest Foundation in Orland Park IL. 10 employees performed the arduous task of folding, labeling, stuffing and sealing a massive mailer for the Treasure Chest’s Thanksgiving appeal. 6 employees delivered 5 van loads of toys to 5 children's cancer treatment centers in the Chicagoland area.

The culture at Old National Bank is rooted in the core values of investing time, heart, and expertise so that clients and communities thrive. In speaking with Maureen Cipolla Co-Chair of the Chicago Southside ACE team (Associates Community Engagement) from Old National Bank, she stated, “My co-workers and I are just thrilled to come out and support the Pediatric Oncology Treasure Chest. The Old National Bank ACE team dedicates two full days in September every year to support non-profit organizations in their banking footprint.”

POTCF Executive Director Kendra Connor said, “The Treasure Chest Foundation is honored to be a part of Better Together days. Old National Bank has been an amazing partner for many years now and we are thankful for the many years to come. The help of the 15 volunteers that came out today was precious and so greatly appreciated by all of us at the Foundation.”
