Orland Park Veterans Commission Hosts March 22 Financial Seminar
Area veterans are invited to attend a free financial seminar at the Orland Park Civic Center, 14750 South Ravinia Avenue.
The Village of Orland Park Veterans Commission will host a financial seminar for area veterans on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at the Orland Park Civic Center, 14750 South Ravinia Avenue. The seminar will be held from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m.
Phillip Halm, of Crossover Financial, has more than 20 years in retail and mortgage banking and will discuss credit related matters that could affect credit scores. Crossover Financial offers free seminars for veterans sharing how to maintain good credit scores and the benefits of VA loans.
The seminar will also include the disabled veterans’ property tax discounts and relief and how to apply for them through the Cook County Assessor’s Office.
