Orland Township Announces Early Voting For April 1 Election
Orland Township is committed to providing a secure, peaceful, and accessible environment for all voters visiting the facility.
ORLAND TOWNSHIP, IL — March 17, 2025 — Orland Township is committed to providing a secure, peaceful, and accessible environment for all voters during the early voting period as well as on Election Day for the upcoming Consolidated Election.
In light of events that took place at Orland Township during the November 2024 election, and in order to ensure an unprecedented level of voter security and comfort, Orland Township is making an effort to control disturbances for voters.
“Due to the violence that occurred during the November 2024 election at the Orland Township building, I've decided to take this step to ensure that everyone has unfettered access to the voting booth,” said Paul O'Grady, Orland Township Supervisor. “It is our duty to ensure that every resident feels safe and empowered to exercise their democratic rights.”

Monday, March 17 - Saturday, March 22: 9 AM - 5 PM
Sunday, March 23: 10 AM - 4 PM
Monday, March 24 - Friday, March 28: 9 AM - 7 PM
Saturday, March 29: 9 AM - 5 PM
Sunday, March 30:10 AM - 4 PM
Monday, March 31: 9 AM - 7 PM

“Residents of Orland Township are encouraged to take advantage of the early voting opportunity in a controlled and supportive atmosphere, allowing ample time for citizens to cast their votes prior to Election Day,” said O’Grady. “A mailer has been distributed to the Orland Township community which contains voting information as well as a reverse side which can be used to request not to be approached before voting. We hope this will allow those who choose to vote undisturbed an option to do so.”
