Orland Township, IL (April 7, 2025)- Orland Township and The Illinois Tollway are excited to announce a special event to assist motorists in updating their I-PASS technology from plastic transponders to the new, convenient sticker system. This event will take place on Saturday, April 26, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Orland Township, located at 14807 S. Ravinia, Orland Park.
Motorists are encouraged to bring their existing plastic transponders and their vehicle's license plate number to facilitate a smooth transition. The new I-PASS stickers are ready for use just 24 hours after activation and offer an enhanced, user-friendly experience. There is no deposit required for the new stickers, and any $10 deposit already paid for the previous transponder will transfer to the new account upon activation.
This event provides an excellent opportunity for drivers to upgrade their toll collection method without any added cost.
