Orland Township Seniors Serenaded at Summer Fun Luncheon
Seniors enjoy an afternoon at Orland Township
Orland Township seniors were recently treated to an afternoon of live entertainment during the Summer Fun Luncheon, according to the office of Township Supervisor Paul O’Grady.
More than 100 seniors attended the luncheon hosted by Orland Township, where they dined on a delicious meal from Salina’s Catering that included, salad, beef sandwiches and fried chicken.
After lunch the group enjoyed a live performance by local entertainer Peter Oprisko, who took them back to the 50’s and 60’s with amusing anecdotes and his renditions of favorite songs from the era by Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and more.
