Orland Township Shred-A-Thon

Shredding and Electronics Recycling Event at Orland Township Highway Department

Orland Township will host a free shredding event for Township residents who want to safely dispose of unwanted personal documents, according to the office of Supervisor Paul O’Grady.

ProShred trucks will be on site and all paper shredding will be free. Residents are limited to five banker boxes of shredding. Electronic recycling will also be accepted however, coupons must be purchased for all televisions and computer monitors. Click here to purchase coupons.

The Orland Township Shred-A-Thon will take place on Saturday, Oct. 20, from 8 a.m. to noon at the Orland Township Highway Department, 16125 S. Wolf Rd., Orland Park.

The event is for Orland Township residents only and residents are asked to bring I.D. This event is not intended for businesses.
