Property Damage Restoration Company Wins Awards

Rainbow International of South & West Suburbs is a property damage restoration company that services Chicagoland's residential properties and commercial buildings after they have suffered a loss as a result of fire, smoke or water damage.

Rainbow's International's Business Development Manager, Niki Ramirez, was recently recognized as Business Development Associate (BDA) of the year by Rainbow's corporate team.

Over three hundred Rainbow International franchises were invited to participate in this years events. The awards ceremony took place at The Dwyer's Groups annual conference that was held this September in San Antonio Texas.

Niki joined her Rainbow franchise in 2013 and has assisted with growing the business and increasing their sales volume. Her role within the company is to seek out new business opportunities for her company while she maintains relationships with the companies current business partners.

"I'm not a sales person," Niki says. "I'm a relationship builder. A sales person is someone that is just trying to sell you something. I don't want to sell you anything. I try to educate people so they don't just understand what my company does but what restoration even is and how it coincides with their homeowners insurance. Rainbow is not your average restoration company and I strongly believe in what I represent. This isn't just a job to me. I care about the people I call on and I know the team I represent can solve their problems."

Rainbow International's President, John Gurtler, was also recognized as an honoree for being a Top Gun Rainbow franchise among his piers. Top Gun franchises are those who attain the top ten percent in sales ranking. John's Rainbow International franchise ranked number seven out of over three hundred international franchises and is one of the larger franchises in the Chicagoland area.

"We just want to help people after a loss and provide quality service when restoring their homes. I have a great team of experienced individuals that truly care about what they do," John says.
