Tau Sigma National Honor Society is a national honor society designed exclusively for transfer students! The mission is to "recognize and promote the academic excellence and involvement of transfer students. Tau Sigma provides its members opportunities to earn scholarships, attend leadership conferences, take leadership positions in the university, serve others at the university and in the community, all while developing friendships and becoming a more integral part of the university to which, they transferred.
MaryCarol Pacelli Student Service Coordinator said, “For our fundraising events we try to choose a different charity to help. I suggested the Treasure Chest Foundation and the Tau Sigma student leaders agreed. The students decided on a Valentine’s bake sale.”
