Village of Orland Park Offers Extended Hours for Voter Registration September 19
Orland Park's Village Clerk's Office will remain open until 7 p.m. for voter registration on Monday, September 19.

The Orland Park Village Clerk’s Office will join organizations across the country marking National Voter Registration Day on Tuesday, September 27, 2016.
“We want to let everyone know that the Clerk’s Office is open every week day for voter registration and we will offer evening hours on September 19,” said Village Clerk John Mehalek.

However, prospective voters need not register in person.
“There are three ways to register to vote --- on line, by mail or in person,” Mehalek said. “It’s very convenient for everyone.”

To register to vote, individuals must be United States citizens and at least 18 years old by Election Day, Tuesday, November 8, 2016. Online registration is available for those with Illinois driver’s licenses or state identification cards.
Registration via U.S. mail is available by downloading the required forms from the village’s website at www.orlandpark.org.
“We have a link on the opening page of the village’s website that leads to everything you need to know about voter registration in Orland Park,” Mehalek said. “Click the link and it shows the many ways to register to vote.”
Orland Park’s Village Clerk’s Office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The last day to register to vote for the November 8 Presidential Election is Tuesday, October 11, 2016.
