Volunteer at Orland Township’s Pet-Palooza
Dependable volunteers are needed for Orland Township's largest event of the year.
ORLAND PARK, IL — Want to serve your community during a day of pet-friendly and family fun activities? Orland Township has the perfect 'oppawtunity' for you!
Dependable, enthusiastic volunteers are needed for multiple positions, including main gate assistants, face painting, photo booth puparazzi, food tent staff, set-up assistants, traffic control, and more for the 11th annual Pet-Palooza. High-school students and adults are encouraged to register through the volunteer sign-up online at www.orlandtownship.org/volunteer.
This 'pawty' will take place on September 16, on Orland Township Grounds at 14807 S. Ravinia Ave., Orland Park, IL. The event runs from noon to 3 p.m., with volunteer positions available before, during, and after. Volunteers will be provided with a free T-shirt and all supplies necessary to complete their duties. Food and beverages will be available.

Pet-Palooza is a day of pet-friendly and family-fun activities, games, vendors, food, and more. With plenty of local vendors (including various rescue organizations to help guests find their newest best friend fur-ever!), residents are invited to a family-friendly, fun-filled afternoon of activities.
All proceeds from Pet-Palooza will benefit the Orland Township Pet Pantry, “Crashy’s Closet,” which was founded by Supervisor O’Grady and his wife, and named for a beloved O’Grady family rescue cat.
