1 Dead, 2 Seriously Injured After Crash In Fox Township: Sheriff

Two 34-year-old men, one from Oswego, were ejected from a car Sunday after a crash near the intersection of Millington and Millhurst roads.

OSWEGO, IL — Two 34-year-old men were ejected from a car and another died after a crash near the intersection of Millington and Millhurst roads in Fox Township Sunday evening, according to the Kendall County Sheriff's Office.

Oscar Cano, a 34-year-old Oswego resident, was driving west on Millhurst Road around 6:32 p.m. when his car collided with one going north on Millington Road. He and a 34-year-old male passenger were ejected from the car and taken to a local hospital with serious injuries, officials said.

The driver of the northbound car, Robert Gray, was pronounced dead at the scene, officials said Tuesday. Gray, 38, was a resident of Somonauk.

The sheriff's office is investigating the crash with the help of the LaSalle County Coroner's Office and Illinois State Police. Officials said relevant information will be reviewed along with the Kendall County State’s Attorney’s Office and could lead to possible charges.
