1 Hospitalized In Sunday Crash On Route 34: Oswego Police
One car rear-ended another Sunday morning when its driver thought the light was still green, police said.
OSWEGO, IL — One person was hospitalized after a two-car crash Sunday morning on Route 34, Oswego police said.
The incident happened at 10 a.m. at the intersection with Mason Square Drive when one car rear-ended another. Officials said the at-fault driver, a 21-year-old woman, thought the light was still green.
The woman was transported to Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.

Eastbound Route 34 at Douglas Road was shut down for about 45 minutes as a result of the crash.
