$300 Worth of Christmas Decorations Damaged: Oswego Blotter

Incidents occurred between Nov. 30 and Dec. 3.

Defendants are innocent until proven guilty.

Nov. 30

Daniel Stalker, 39, of the 600 block of S. River St. in Aurora, was picked up on a failure to appear warrant for burglary and retail theft from Kane County. The arrest was made at 2350 Rt. 34 and Prairie Market Drive.

Dec. 2

Police responded to a single-vehicle accident where a car driven by a 60-year-old Oswego woman drove through a parking lot and began to park. She did not brake and drove off the side of the wall to a 5-foot drop onto the pavement. There were no injuries.

A 13-year-old juvenile was charged with unauthorized storage of a weapon.

Dec. 3

Police took a report of damaged Christmas decorations. The damage was put at around $300. It occurred in the 400 block of Burr Oak.
