Almost $2 Million In Scholarships Awarded To Oswego Art Students
Six Oswego High School seniors have been awarded a combined $1,908,000. They'll be among the students celebrated at an event Sunday.
OSWEGO, IL — Six art students at Oswego High School have been awarded almost $2 million in scholarships from Art ConnectEd, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to enhancing creative educational experiences through various programs and opportunities.
The following seniors at Oswego High School have been offered scholarships:
- Danielle Donovan
- Nathan Frost
- Mars Patsch
- Alexander Peters
- Olivia Raimondi
- Jaime Rasmussen
Art ConnectEd, formerly called Illinois High School Art Exhibition, will host an award ceremony and Senior Scholarship Exhibition from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday at Chicago's Bridgeport Art Center, 1200 W. 35th St., to celebrate student art.

The event, open to the public, will showcase the best student artists from more than 100 Illinois suburban, public and private high schools. Students will also compete for prizes and various awards Saturday.
