Chef Mark Low Hosting Cooking Demonstration and Lunch
Event will be held at the Oswego Senior Center for $6 a person.

Have a craving for Italian?
Chef Mark Low, owner of European Chef to the Rescue, will be hosting another cooking demonstration at the on Tuesday, August 28 at 12:00 p.m. All are welcome to attend.
Low, once known as the “Love Board Chef” will be serving up an entire meal at the event for $6. The dishes will include a starter of classical tuscana with mozzarella, olives, pepperoni, fruit and classic olive oil, followed by an entrée of roasted rigatoni with chicken and ending with a dessert of Italian mousse with chocolate covered fruit.

There will also be a free raffle for a dozen chocolate covered strawberries. For those that aren’t quite as lucky, there will also be a quiz on Italy, with the winner also receiving chocolate covered strawberries.
Low has done previous cooking demos at the Oswego Senior Center, including a Hawaiian themed lunch in July. In Septemember he will be featuring an English themed meal.
