Spring 2023 graduates announced at The University of Alabama
Some 5,885 degrees will be awarded during The University of Alabama's spring 2023 commencement at Coleman Coliseum. A recent economic analysis found that a degree from The University of Alabama can pay more over time than investments in U.S. stock market indexes. The University provides numerous opportunities for service and growth through its educational, social and cultural experiences.

Augustana College 2023 graduate Claudia Vallejo, a geography major from Oswego, Ill., was nominated to submit a 'More Than I Imagined' profile by Ken Brill, associate dean and vice president; director of Office of Student Life and Leadership
Annually, faculty nominate Augustana's seniors who have achieved remarkable academic or personal growth to appear in the college's 'More Than I Imagined' series. Read Vallejo's profile at More Than I Imagined.
Brill said Vallejo had a tremendous impact on the Office of Student Life.
"She embraces the importance of student engagement and has worked tirelessly to create a sense of belonging for everyone in our community," he said. "It has been fun to watch Claudia grow as a leader. Early on in her Augie experience, Claudia listened to her peers to better understand their needs. More recently, she has led countless programs, recruited and trained new student leaders while positively impacting our entire team. I wish her the best as she continues on her journey of leadership and service to others."

Oswego students make Milwaukee School of Engineering dean’s list
Milwaukee School of Engineering congratulates students named to the Spring Quarter 2023 Dean's List.
- Alexis Countryman of Oswego (60543) . Countryman is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and M.S. in Civil Engineering.
- Hannah Knoblock of Oswego (60543) . Knoblock is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Andrew Torres of Oswego (60543) . Torres is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
- Ian Glashagel of Oswego (60543) . Glashagel is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering.
Undergraduate students who have earned at least 30 credits and have a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher (out of 4.0) are on the Dean's List. Students who have maintained a 3.70 or higher receive "high honors."

Oswego students graduate from Monmouth College
