College Credits: Oswego Students Make Fall 2023 Dean's Lists

Oswego native named to University of Alabama dean’s list

Avery Stults, of Oswego, was named to the University of Alabama’s dean’s list for the fall 2023 semester. Stults is majoring in mechanical engineering.

Oswego East High School grads named to University of Kentucky dean’s list

Two 2023 graduates of Oswego East High School were named to the University of Kentucky dean’s list.

Grant Vievesis, a Plainfield native, is a pre-business major. Cate Nadziejko, of Aurora, is a nursing major.

Olivet Nazarene University dean’s list includes Oswego High School grad

Emma Beste, a 2022 graduate of Oswego High School, was named to Olivet Nazarene University’s dean’s list for the fall 2023 semester. The Oswego native is studying marketing.

Oswego student listed on North Central College dean’s list

Isabella Ruiz, part of the Oswego East High School Class of 2021, was named on the dean’s list at North Central College. Ruiz is majoring in psychology.

To be eligible for the dean’s list, undergraduate students must maintain a grade-point average of 3.6 for the semester, be enrolled as full-time students and have no grades of incomplete or in progress.

Oswego High School alumna interns with Major League Baseball

Katelyn McCumber, a Class of 2021 alumna of Oswego High School, is on the dean’s list at Arizona State University. McCumber is double majoring in sports business and psychology. She just completed an internship with Major League Baseball in the Arizona Fall League and will be working for the San Francisco Giants in spring training.

She was admitted to the Order of Omega Greek Honors Society in fall 2023.

SNHU dean’s list includes Oswego native

David Dadamo of Oswego (60543) has been named to Southern New Hampshire University's Fall 2023 Dean's List. The fall terms run from September to December.

Full-time undergraduate students who have earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.500 to 3.699 for the reporting term are named to the Dean's List. Full-time status is achieved by earning 12 credits over each 16-week term or paired 8-week terms grouped in fall, winter/spring, and summer.
