Illegal Gun Possession Leads To Man's Arrest In Oswego Township: KCSO
The incident occurred in the 100 block of Route 30 in Oswego Township.

OSWEGO, IL — An Aurora man was arrested Saturday night after he was found to be illegally in possession of a gun, said officials at the Kendall County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies responded at 10:19 p.m. to the 100 block of Route 30 for a report of a man passively displaying a firearm. Officials located the suspect, determined to be 24-year-old Gelacio Hernandez-Hernandez, as well as a handgun nearby.
Hernandez-Hernandez did not have a valid Firearm Owners Identification card or a Concealed Carry License, Deputy Dan Briars told Patch.

The man was arrested and charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, officials said.
Hernandez-Hernandez is being held at the Kendall County jail. His bond was set Monday afternoon for $5,000, with 10 percent to apply.
