Man Found Driving 35 MPH Over Limit, Providing Alcohol To Minor: KCSO
A 24-year-old Aurora man, along with a teenager, 15, fled from a property damage crash at Orchard Road and Caterpillar Drive early Saturday.
OSWEGO, IL — A 24-year-old Aurora man was issued eight charges, including endangering the life of a child and driving 35-plus mph over the speed limit after a property damage crash early Saturday morning, officials said.
Deputies from the Kendall County Sheriff's Office responded around 12:48 a.m. to the area around Orchard Road and Caterpillar Drive in Oswego Township after receiving a report of property damage. The car went off the roadway and hit a ditch, damaging the structure and the car, Deputy Dan Briars told Patch.
No one was injured, officials said.

During an investigation, deputies determined Felipe Galindo, of the 0-99 block of North Ohio Street in Aurora, along with a 15-year-old passenger, fled the scene of the crash and was found found "a short time later." Galindo was previously seen driving 80 mph in a 45 mph zone, according to a blotter from the sheriff's office.
The 24-year-old was arrested, charged with the following and taken to the Kendall County jail for processing.

The teenager was also arrested and charged with obstructing a peace officer and consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was brought to the sheriff's office for processing.
