New Correctional Deputy Joins Kendall County Sheriff's Office Staff
The sheriff's office hired the new deputy to fill a vacancy, officials said.

KENDALL COUNTY, IL — The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office has hired a new deputy to fill a vacancy in the Correctional Division. Joseph Camardo was sworn in on Wednesday, January 24th, 2024 by Undersheriff Bobby Richardson.
Deputy Camardo will be attending the eight-week Correctional Officer Training program at the DuPage County Sheriff’s Office Training Academy which will begin on January 29th. Upon completion of the training academy, Deputy Camardo will be paired with an experienced field training officer for a rigorous 11-week field training program.

Deputy Camardo has worked in the political non-profit and loss prevention fields for the last several years before joining the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.
