Jason Reichardt was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer and stage 3 rectal cancer earlier this year. He is 32 years old. For six weeks he will do radiation and take a chemo pill twice a day. After this regimen, he will have six weeks to recover before major surgery is performed to try to remove his tumors.
Jason hasn’t been able to work in his condition. This hasn’t made it easy for him to support his wife and three daughters.
The Oswego community is pulling together to help Jason and his family. A benefit will be held to help defray the costs the family has incurred.
