Park Graffiti, Wire Fraud: Oswego Police Reports

Recent crimes under investigation and arrests made by Oswego police.

April 23: A 35-year-old woman was taken to Rush-Copley Hospital following a two-car crash near Orchard and Mill roads at around 11:58 a.m.

April 23: Police are investigating a scam in which a business wired two money orders to a bank in China to purchase business supplies. The transactions were determined to be fraudulent.

April 20: Steven J. Radosevich, 49, of Plainfield, was arrested at Route 34 and Mason Square on charges of DUI, hit and run and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

April 19: Jessie Martinez, 25, of the 0-100 block of Oak Creek Drive, Yorkville, was arrested at Route 34 and Boulder Hill Pass on charges of DUI and driving without headlights.

April 18: Oswego police responded to a delayed report of a battery between juveniles at Plank Junior High. No arrests or citations were listed on a police report.

April 17: Officers on patrol noticed criminal damage to state-supported property at Prairie Point Park, 4120 Plainfield Road. Two doors were damaged by graffiti. No suspects were listed in the case.
