Theft
Oswego police are investigating a wallet theft that occurred on May 13 but was reported on May 16, 2018 at Olive Garden restaurant, 2620 Route 34 on Douglas. A 21-year-old female employee noticed her wallet, ID and $250 were missing from her purse at end of shift.

Darrel N. Bell, 22, of Oswego, was arrested at 11:34 p.m. May 16 at Washington and Main and charged with an in-state warrant, Oswego police said.

Driving with suspended license

Steven Ramirez, 22, 400 block of Juniper, Aurora, was arrested on May 17 for driving and speeding on a suspended license at 1:05 a.m. at Douglas and Old Post, Oswego Police said.
