Residential Building Extensively Damaged By Fire: Oswego FD

A two-story building caught fire late Saturday night. No one was injured, and officials said the cause is under investigation.

OSWEGO, IL — A two-story residential building caught fire around 11:30 p.m. Saturday. The cause of the fire is still under investigation, officials said.

The fire started in the rear of the building, located in the 200 block of Whitetail Xing in Oswego's Fox Chase Subdivision, and spread to the first floor and attic.

The first was extinguished after the building was extensively damaged, officials said, with about $350,000 of value lost. No one was injured.
