Route 34 Closed While Crews Clean Oil Spill From Crash: Oswego PD

OSWEGO, IL — A block of Route 34 is closed in both directions Tuesday afternoon while crews clean up an oil spill following a crash, police said.

The road is expected to remain closed between West and Cherry drives until around 1:30 p.m., officials said in an update at 12:30 p.m.

Officers are asking drivers to avoid the area until the scene is cleared.
