Shirt Fundraiser Celebrates Late OHS Teacher's Love Of Science
School District 308 Robotics Team selling shirts in celebration of Nicole Larsen, and profits will go to her family.

OSWEGO, IL — The Community Unit School District 308 Robotics Team is celebrating an Oswego High School science teacher nearly one month after her death. In a Facebook post, Oswego High School said the Robotics Team is partnering with Med Topics in selling pink T-shirts through Friday, Sept. 28 in celebration of Mrs. Larsen's love of science and medicine.
The shirts cost $10 each and can be ordered online. Profits from the sales will go to Larsen's family.
T-shirt pickup will take place at Oswego High School or Oswego East High School and information regarding pickup dates and times will be emailed out up to two weeks after sales close.

Nicole Larsen died unexpectedly on Aug. 30. She taught at OHS for more than 17 years.

Students and District 308 community members have organized other fundraisers for Larsen's family, including a recent Portillo's fundraiser and a GoFundMe page.
"As students, we encounter dozens of teachers every day, but only a few stand out to us and continue to inspire us in our goals," Larsen's GoFundMe page creator, Robin Nicole Graham posted. "Nicole Larsen was one of those teachers."
