Body Found in Lake Michigan Identified as Missing Palatine Man
Jeffrey MacDonald, 59, was last seen Feb. 25.
Authorities have identified a body that was pulled from Lake Michigan last week as a 59-year-old Palatine man who has been missing since late February, the Daily Herald reports.

Jeffrey MacDonald, 59, was last seen the afternoon of Feb. 25 at a TCF Bank in Shorewood. His family reported that he had been troubled over personal matters and they feared for his safety.

MacDonald's body was pulled from the lake in the early morning hours of April 25 near Buckingham Fountain in Grant Park. An autopsy to determine the cause of death is pending, the Herald reports.
