DUI Arrests, Retail Theft: Palatine Police Blotter

Recent Palatine Police Department reports:

Retail Theft

Dionisie Micusa, 22, of the 800 block of Panorama Dr., was arrested on Sept. 3 at the Walmart, 1555 N. Rand Road. A Loss Prevention employee observed Dionisie place metal polish and a buffer into a blender, and pay only for the blender. The total value of the items was $65.94.

DUI Arrests

• Lisa E. Malenchik, 27 , of the 1000 block of Auburn Lane in Buffalo Grove, was arrested at 4:42 a.m. on Sept. 2 in the 1100 block of E. Williams Drive. Malenchik was charged with DUI and Improper Lane Usage.
• Juan C. Pazagostadero, 45, of the 1500 block of Norway Lane, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on Sept. 6 in the 1900 block of N. Rand Road. Pazagostadero was charged with DUI, Improper Lane Usage, Improper Signal, Failure to Dim Headlights, and Revoked Driver’s License.
• Garcia, Hector, a 27, of the 1000 block of Bayside Dr., was arrested at 1:39 a.m. on Sept. 6 in the 1000 block of E. Dundee Road. Garcia was charged with DUI, B.A.C. over .08, Improper Lane Usage, and Suspended Driver’s License.
• Erick A. Cruz, 25, of 900 block of Countryside Drive, was arrested at 4:18 a.m. on Sept. 6 at westbound Dundee Road at Baldwin Road. Cruz was charged with DUI, B.A.C. over .08, Improper Lane Usage, and Driving with No Headlights when Required.
