Agio Italian Bistro in Palatine invites guests to relax after work every Monday through Friday with their extensive Happy Hour menu. Available in the bar area from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM, diners will enjoy a variety of appetizer specials ranging from only $5 - $7. Featured items include such Italian classics as Insalata Caprese (sliced tomatoes topped with fresh mozzarella, $5), Melanzane alla Parmegiana (Eggplant Parmigiana with mozzarella and fresh tomato sauce, $5) and the Bruschetta Trio (Classic tomato – Pesto, goat cheese, sun-dried tomato topped with shrimp – Roasted veggie topped with fresh mozzarella, $5). Seafood lovers will enjoy the Cozze in Guazzetto (Mediterranean mussels sautéed in olive oil, white wine, garlic and a lightly spiced tomato sauce, $7).
