UPDATE: Fremd Loses to Glenbard West in Playoff Game
The game was held Saturday in Glen Ellyn.
Glenbard West beat Fremd 34-14 in the first round of the Class 8A Illinois High School Association (IHSA) playoffs Saturday.
Glenbard West (10-0), a No. 2 seed, will now go on to play Palatine High School (8-2), a No. 10 seed, in the second round of the playoffs. The time and location of the game have yet to be announced.

Fremd (6-3), a No. 15 seed, will play Glenbard West (9-0), a No. 2 seed, in the first round of the 8A Illinois High School Association (IHSA) playoffs. The game is scheduled to kick off at 1 p.m. Saturday in Glen Ellyn.
