Friends of the Palatine Library Used Book Sale: February 19-21

Used Book Sale Fundraiser benefits the Palatine Public Library District: Friday, February 19 through Sunday, February 21

Palatine, February 2016 –The Friends of the Palatine Library will hold a Used Book Sale from Friday, February 19 through Sunday, February 21. The selection of materials includes books, several hundred DVDs, and CDs donated by the community and available at a deep discount. Among the selection are a large quantity of cookbooks, and “older” books published prior to 1960.

The used book sales are always a popular event at the Palatine Library. Be sure and come early to check out the great selection and pricing that the sale offers.

Sale hours:
Friday, February 19, 6:00 – 9:00 p.m., Friends members-no charge, Non-members $5
Saturday, February 20, 9:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Free admission
Sunday, February 21, 12:30 – 3:00 p.m., Free admission, Half price day!

All proceeds from the fundraiser benefit the Palatine Public Library District. The Friends group funds the Summer Reading Program. Membership forms to join the Friends are available in the lobby of the Main Library. Single or family membership is $10.00 per year.
