Honor a CCSD15 staff member this week!

In celebration of Teacher Appreciation Week in May, the one-five Foundation is offering the community the opportunity to send a Staff Tribute in honor of any of the staff members of Community Consolidated School District 15.

For a donation of $10, a personalized card will be sent to any staff member in the District. Donations will support Foundation projects including teacher mini-grants and other initiatives that support the children of District 15.

Please submit your $10 donation to the one-five Foundation through PayPal www.paypal.me/onefiveFoundation, and complete a brief online form to process your Tribute request.

Tributes must be submitted no later than May 1, 2020.

The mission of the one-five Foundation is to acquire resources to be used for programs and projects to enhance and supplement the educational experience of District 15 students.
