Interpersonal Skills Support Group at Guided Path

In an expanding and complex world, individuals may experience difficulty establishing relationships and maintaining healthy, respectful relationships. Our therapeutic process group will support participants in exploring roles and patterns that impact the quality of relationships. Members can practice new relational skills, share feedback and experience themselves and others differently. Core items explored: interpersonal skills, healthy communication, assertiveness, intimacy, loneliness, anxiety and mood regulations. This group is intended for individuals 20-40 years old. Cost of the group may be covered by health insurance. Fees are $30 per group session. Meets Thursdays 6:30PM-8:00PM. Group is held at Guided Path Psychological Services located at 201 E Dundee Road in Palatine.
