About the meditation and classes...
Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a unique energy-based meditation that allows one to achieve the state of thoughtless awareness, a state in which the mind is calmed and gradually emptied of distractions and stressful thoughts. Sahaja Yoga Meditation can help heal illnesses, sharpen focus and clarity, inspire creativity and improve our personality and relationships.
This Meditation is easy to learn and can be practiced almost anywhere. There are some basic guidelines that will make the experience even easier and more enjoyable.

- Classes are suitable for both complete beginners and regular meditators.
- Join in at anytime, even if you’ve not attended before. No booking required.
- Chairs are provided. No physical exercises, postures or special clothing required.
- Class duration is 60 to 90 minutes.
- All classes are free of charge.
