Navigated Complicated Relationships in a Complicated World

In an expanding and complex world, individuals may experience difficulty establishing and maintaining healthy, respectful relationships. This therapeutic group will support participants to explores roles and patterns that impact the quality of relationships they wish to have. This safe setting provides a platform for members to practice new relational skills, share feedback and experience themselves and others differently. Core themes explored: interpersonal skills, healthy communication, assertiveness, intimacy, loneliness, anxiety and mood regulation.

This group is intended for individuals 20-40 years old, who are currently in individual counseling.
