one-five Foundation Presents Inaugural Family Fun Run/Walk on May 20,
Support the students of CCSD15 by registering for this family event!
The one-five Foundation Family Fun Run/Walk is a new family event scheduled for Saturday, May 20, 2023 at Winston Campus, 900 E. Palatine Road. This is not a timed event and participants can move through the 1.5-mile course at their own pace. Check-in begins at 8:00am on race day and runners and walkers are invited to come early to enjoy DJ music and other activities before the 9:00am race start.
Proceeds from this healthy community run and walk will support the one-five Foundation's mission to acquire resources to be used for programs and projects to enhance and supplement the educational experience of all District 15 students. The one-five Foundation is an autonomous 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.
"We are excited to offer this amazing new family-oriented fundraising event to the community," said Foundation Trustee and Fun Run Chair Natalie DiCosola. "Support for this event will allow the one-five Foundation to continue our efforts on behalf of all students in CCSD15."
Support for this impactful new event is available through participant registration, direct donation, and event sponsorship. All opportunities can be found online at one-five.org. Sponsorship commitment is due by April 27 and pre-registration closes May 15.

Registration is $5 for registered D15 students, $15 for adults and non-D15 students, and children ages 4 and under are free but must be registered. In addition, donations can be made in any amount at the time of registration. Participants will receive an event t-shirt and swag bag provided by this year's sponsors. Register by May 1 to guarantee an event t-shirt. Online registration closes May 15, 2023, and race-day registration is available on-site on May 20 until 8:30am. Packet Pick Up for pre-registered attendees is Thursday, May 18 from 4:00pm-7:00pm at CCSD15 Educational Services Center, 580 N 1st Bank Dr, Palatine. Race packets can also be picked up on race day starting at 8:00am.
Businesses, organizations and individuals are invited to sponsor the event. A variety of sponsorship levels are offered and include many benefits and positive marketing exposure. Complete details can be found at one-five.org. The deadline for sponsorships is April 15, 2023.
