Palatine Area Chamber of Commerce Welcomes Brick 14
The local restaurant hosted a ribbon cutting at the Century Plaza Center, located on Northwest Hwy, just west of Smith Street in Palatine.
The Palatine Area Chamber of Commerce welcomed brick oven pizzeria, Brick 14, at a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house held on May 16, 2019. The restaurant is located at 383 W. Northwest Highway in Palatine and offers dine-in, carryout, delivery and catering.
Owner Shannon Demarke has been in the restaurant industry for more than 15 years, helping to build and grow various establishments. Brick 14 offers a family-friendly space serving brick oven pizza, salads, pasta, seafood and more, along with a children’s menu.
“It’s always been my dream to my own business in my hometown of Palatine,” said Demarke. “Brick 14 is my opportunity to give back to this community that is so important to me by providing wonderful food in a great atmosphere.”
