Palatine Driver Hurt After Losing Control of Vehicle, Hitting Tree: Cops
The 31-year-old man was taken to a nearby hospital Wednesday, and police are investigating the accident.
A 31-year-old Palatine man was injured Wednesday morning after he crashed into a tree on Route 27, west of Arlington Heights Road, in Elk Grove Village, according to the Illinois State police.
The accident happened about 6:53 a.m. when the driver, who was traveling eastbound on Rt. 72, lost control of his 2004 Subaru and struck a tree, state police said in a release. The man was taken to a nearby hospital, and details about his injuries were not given.
Police are continuing to investigate the accident.
