A 16-year-old Palatine girl has her dream bedroom thanks to the volunteer efforts of Chicago-area Coldwell Banker employees and the nonprofit organization, Special Spaces.

Feyza Yazar was recently diagnosed with leukemia and is undergoing chemotherapy and treatment, according to the Daily Herald. Special Spaces, an organization that creates dream bedrooms for children with life-threatening medical conditions, selected the teen to receive a bedroom makeover and the Coldwell Banker volunteers assembled the room.

The stylish bedroom includes a new bed, vanity, desk and closet and is a place Yazar said would be ”more friendly toward having a lot more people in my room instead of just sitting downstairs,” according to the article.

“It’s better than I imagined it would be, honestly,” Feyza told the Daily Herald. “I don’t know how to describe it. I guess just happiness, a lot of happiness, and it’s so bright and I love it. That’s all I can say.”
