POC has been here for you for over 25 years!

Partners for Our Communities (POC) has been serving the northwest suburbs for over 25 years in a variety of ways. We will continue to help where we can during this crisis. We are here for you today, and will be here for you tomorrow.

Located at 1585 Rand Rd. in Palatine, our headquarters remain closed during this Covid Crisis to ensure the safety of our staff, partners, volunteers and clients.

However, our staff are hard at work helping the vulnerable in our communities in a different ways. We are still present, from a distance, for our communities:

1. Giving referrals and resources for assistance

2. Helping families sign up for governmental and nonprofit assistance

3. Creating virtual programs for our youth while staying in shelter

4. Facilitating at the All Saints Food Pantry

5. Making masks for the those in need

6. Supporting E learning

7. Informing families of legal rights

8. Supporting school district food programs

9. Checking in on the vulnerable in our communities

10. Ensuring that all have food and essentials at this time
